However, it has come to our notice that there are several organizations and individuals posing as agents of AM/NS India and conducting an unauthorised selection process while using our trademarks and even impersonating our executives.

Unsuspecting applicants are invited to participate in bogus interviews, asked to fill out fabricated employment applications and, on occasion, have even been issued fake offer letters, with the ultimate goal of trying to entice applicants to pay money or divulge sensitive personal information.

We do not demand or accept money from job applicants. Any job offer made against a service charge, a security deposit, processing fees, background verification expenses or any other term, whether refundable or non-refundable, should be considered fake and it is suggested that the applicant not respond to the same.

We do not request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms or credit card information as part of the recruitment process.

An authentic job offer mail from us will have our domain name, e.g. @amns.in. Any mail, offering a job, interview date and asking personal details should be dealt with caution, especially if copied to e-mail IDs ending with Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail/Live domain.

We shall not accept any liability towards the representation made in any fraudulent communication or its consequences, and such fraudulent communication shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by AM/NS India. We, however, reserve our rights to initiate any proceedings or legal actions against such persons, as we may deem fit.
